Shipping
We offer free shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $200.00, and for orders under $200.00 we charge a flat rate* of $12.00 for Standard Shipping and $15.00 for Express Post Shipping.
We DO NOT ship internationally.
*Yes, actual shipping fees vary significantly according to the parcel weight, delivery address and timeframe but we prefer to keep it simple and charge a flat rate. Please also note that shipping fees cover order processing, packaging, delivery to Australia Post or the courier company, as well as the actual shipping costs, so in most cases it costs us more than we're charging you.
We use Australia Post (Standard Shipping = Regular Parcel Post, and Express Post) and for courier deliveries Couriers Please. Note that all free shipping is via Standard Shipping - if you need your item urgently call or email us and we'll make special arrangements.
We aim for one-two day processing on all online orders, and will email you shipping tracking details so you can monitor progress of your delivery. To estimate the delivery time to your location you can use one of the below postage calculators:
NOTE: All orders shipped by us automatically require a signature as proof of delivery. If you authorise our shipping company to leave your order unattended without signing for the delivery you do so at your own risk. It's about bikes will not be held liable for the loss, theft or misplacement of such orders.
